| 7. April 9th 2005 saw The
Joshua Foundation celebrating in style with a
fundraising ball at The Angel Hotel, Cardiff.
Many friends both old and new joined us for what
turned out to be fantastic evening.
A considerable amount of money was raised on
the night and the star item that we auctioned
was a framed Welsh 2005 Grand Slam/6 Nations
jersey which was signed by all the Welsh squad
prior to the Grand Slam game.
We were very proud to have been able to offer
this magnificent prize for auction and delighted
with the amount it raised. It was a wonderful
occasion with everyone dressed in their best
and going all out to raise money that will help
‘make life an experience’ for children
with terminal cancer. It is intended to repeat
this evening annually along with other fundraising
events so check out our calendar
for forthcoming events.
