Legal and General in Cardiff held a dress down day in May and the funds from this event were donated to Rhian Adams one of the Miss Wales finalists.

As part of their quest to become ‘Miss Wales 2008’ the finalists have to fundraise for The Joshua Foundation.

Rhian approached Legal and General regarding fundraising and was over the moon when they agreed to hold a dress down day for her!

On Friday 6th June, Rhian and Alison from the charity went along to the Legal and General Offices in Cardiff, to collect the money they had raised. Rhian was amazed to find that they had raised a magnificent £2,334.54 for her!!!!!

The funds will now go towards Rhian’s ongoing fundraising total in the Miss Wales competition but ultimately the money will come to The Joshua Foundation for us to continue our work for children with terminal cancer.
