The day was a huge success with around 20 families
from across South Wales, coming along to celebrate
Easter together at the Hard Rock Café
in Cardiff.
The families enjoyed a fun packed morning which
included a full cooked breakfast; followed by
Easter egg painting, face painting, an Easter
egg hunt led by the Easter bunny and an Easter
Raffle!
There was also a ball pool for the younger
children and by the end of the morning more
of the balls were over the floor than in the
ball pool!
It was a busy morning for the Easter bunny
that gave out Hard Rock T-shirts to all the
kids and also hung around to have his photo
taken with all of them.
The party was rounded off by cutting the fantastic
Easter Cake, which was kindly donated by Craig
at Chocolate Connections in Caerphilly. The
cake was so huge that the remaining half of
it was taken to the Heath Oncology unit, so
that the families there that could not make
the party did not miss out on the Easter treats.
