On a fresh St David’s day morning around 150 young ladies arrived at Bryn Meadows golf club, to take part in the semi finals of the Miss Wales 2008 competition, which in organised by Vibe Models.

The girls had travelled from far and wide to take part in the fantastic challenge day, which was hosted by Tosin Ogunnusi who is a NLP qualified life coach.

Tosin really put the girls through their paces with several very challenging activities. These included, bar bending, board breaking and even a fire walk!!

All of the girls did extremely well and faced their fears to take part in these scary activities they also raised an amazing £9,000 in sponsorship for The Joshua Foundation.

The finalists will now be announced in the Wales on Sunday on 9th March. So good luck to all the girls and thank you for raising an amazing amount of money for children with Cancer!!
