Blue Arrow staff treats children with cancer during their cycle ride from Inverness to Plymouth

Three year old Libby, a young cancer patient from Cardiff recently flew up to Inverness in Scotland with her mum, dad and sister Josie to officially start the Blue Arrow cycle race. The family flew from Bristol to Inverness, took a cab to their hotel and were then special guests at the official launch party at the Blue Arrow offices. The following day Libby and her family were treated to a sight seeing tour on a boat on Loch Ness (thank goodness Nessie didn’t put in an appearance as Libby was slightly frightened of what they might find out on the lake!) Special thanks to all staff at Blue Arrow Inverness for making Libby and her family feel so welcome.

Two year old Lillie from Derbyshire was the VIP guest with her family at the Blue Arrow offices in Nottingham where she greeted the cyclists as they completed another leg of their journey. Lillie arrived in style in a limousine and was then treated to a buffet and was made a huge fuss of by the staff and riders at the Nottingham branch. Lillie and her mum, dad, gran, sister Sky and brother Jack were then taken by limo to the ten pin bowling complex in Nottingham to play two games of bowling and have a meal before being whisked home in style in the limo with a very tired Lillie. Many thanks to all the staff and riders at Blue Arrow Nottingham.
