This year we sent families to Lapland in December 2004 from Cardiff and Gatwick. Families were greeted at the airport where the experience was to begin and the children were given chocolate to start them on their day.

Families then flew into Rovaneimi, Finland where they had to wrap up warm before going on to meet Santa.

The highlight of the day by far was when the children got to meet Santa and tell him what they wanted for Christmas.

Unfortunately, the day had to come to an end and the children, all exhausted from their trip of a lifetime meeting Santa and playing in the snow, had to return home.
